Question and Answer:
Q. There are hotels that offer discounts for bookings done by pensioners with the condition that the pensioner is the one who will stay at the hotel. Can I as a non-pensioner make an arrangement with the pensioner to do the booking at the discount so that I can stay there?

A. Since the discount is reserved for pensioners only, it will not be permissible for you as a non-pensioner to benefit from this discount. This is considered as deception and is therefore not permissible.
