Departmental Profile : Social Department

_“Whoever relieves a Muslim of some worldly distress, Allah will relieve him of some of the distress of the Day of Resurrection.”_ (Muslim)
The Social/Marital Department is inundated with marital disputes on a daily basis due to the numerous problems in the Muslim community. For this reason the Jamiat offers marital counselling, mediation, arbitration as well as facilitating the Fasakh (annulment) of marriages.
The Jamiat offers a pre-marital, one-to-one counselling programme, which has proven to be popular with the youth, receiving positive feedback, Alhamdulillah.
