Disposing of hair and nails?

Nasihah (Advice): Deliberately delaying payment of debts is a form of oppression

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (Radiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “It is a great injustice for a person to delay in paying his debts whereas he has the means.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith #: 2287)

The Hadith refers to those who have the funds to pay off their debts but neglect this priority. Unfortunately, this practice is becoming quite common and creditors are made to wait whilst debtors go on unnecessary Umrah trips and family holidays. Debtors who have the means to pay their creditors should keep in mind the above words of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).
