Salaatut Tawaaf

Question:

Upon completion of Tawaaf, a person is required to perform two Rakaats Waajib Salaatut Tawaaf. Is it permissible to perform these two Rakaats:

• After Subh Sadiq (that is when Sehri ends and Fajr time sets in)?
• till Ishraaq (+10 mins after sunrise)?
• After Asr Salah till before the Maghrib Salah?

Answer:

It is Makrooh to read the Salaatut Tawaaf at any time between Subh Saadiq till Ishraaq and after Asr. (Raddul Muhtaar, Pg: 499, Vol: 2, al-Maktabah at-Tijaariyyah, al-Fatawa al-Hindiyyah, Pg: 52, Vol: 1, Dar Ihya’it Turath al-Arabi).
