Alhamdullilah, by the Grace of Allah Ta’ala, the Jamiatul Ulama KZN has successfully undertaken relief work amongst deserving communities both locally and nationally. Its PROJECT H.E.L.P. initiative through the dedicated, generous and ongoing support of the Muslim community continues to benefit thousands of recipients from previously disadvantaged indigenous communities.
The PROJECT H.E.L.P relief team on Thursday 05 July 2018 held a community outreach program for over 300 senior citizens at the Ilungelo Labadala community centre in the rural township of Amaoti, Inanda.
The program began with a brief Dawah delivered to all of the attendees who gathered in the centre’s hall. The team then served a freshly prepared hot lunch with bottled water and distributed a beautiful mink blanket to each of the attendees.
The community was extremely grateful and as the team departed, they expressed their joy in traditional Zulu style.
May Allah Ta’ala use our humble efforts as a means of attracting them towards Islam and may He accept the contributions of our donors and the efforts of all involved, Aameen.
