Responsibility for a cancelled ticket

Nasihah (Advice): Returning dues

Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: “On the day of resurrection, rights (and dues) will most certainly have to be fulfilled to their rightful recipients. So much so that retribution will be taken from a horned goat in favour of a hornless goat (as the result of the horned goat harming the hornless goat).” (Muslim)

A. As a travel agent, if you and a customer agreed upon the sale of a plane ticket, the customer is liable to pay for the plane ticket. Hence, the customer will also be liable to pay for the cancellation of the plane ticket.
