Nasihah (Advice): The example of a person who neglects practicing on his own advice:
Sayyiduna Jundub bin Abdillah (Radiyallahu Anhu) reports that the Prophet of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “A person who advises others to do good but neglects being good himself is like a person who lights a lamp for the benefit of people but burns himself in the process” (Tabrani, Hadith #: 1681)
