Jamiat KZN 2017 Lillah Appeal

The Jamiatul Ulama KZN was formed in 1955 as an organization dedicated to serving the Muslim Ummah and preserving the Deen of Islam. The only aim of the organisation is to spread the Deen of Allah, striving to hold aloft the banner of Islam and serving Allah’s creation.

The Jamiat’s various departments are manned by full/part time staff who serve the needs of the Muslim community on a daily basis. It is with the support and generous donations of the Muslim Community that the Jamiat is able to provide its extensive range of services.

The Jamiat functions with Lillah funds which are also required for the administration and discharging of Zakaat, as Zakaat monies cannot be used for this purpose. We therefore make a humble appeal to our Zakaat donors to also consider contributing Lillah funds to assist us in sustaining our operational costs.

The nature of the Jamiat’s work is such that one’s Lillah donation earns Thawaab-e-Jaariyah (Perpetual Reward), which continues even after one has passed away from this world. This will help in one’s moment of greatest need – in the Hereafter.

Become a regular donor through our debit order or online method and secure your investments for the Hereafter.

We place on record our sincere appreciation to the Muslim community through whose support, after Allah’s grace, the Jamiat has served the Ummah for the last 62 years. May Allah Ta’ala grant you untold Barakah and blessings, Ameen.
