Faatimah (RA), the Queen of Jannah, was an exemplary woman. She lived a short life of around 29 years, but she left behind a great legacy. The golden principles that she lived her life by will remain etched in the sands of time. Her life serves as an ideal model for women of every era. Every facet of her life is worthy of being emulated by women. She was an obedient daughter to her parents, a loyal wife to her husband and a caring mother to her children.
Her conduct is the standard of excellence in times of simplicity and complexity. She exhibited a sterling example at times of financial difficulties and meager means. She taught humanity how to suffice on little despite being the daughter of the greatest of all leaders. She followed the teachings of Islam and had unwavering conviction in the promises of Allah Ta’ala. Her modesty, simplicity, truthfulness and steadfastness were truly outstanding.
Unfortunately many of our womenfolk have adopted the ways of film actresses, singers and beauty queens whose lives are steeped in sin and immorality. Fortunately the life of Faatimah (RA) provides them with an alternative.
