Wudhu for washing a child in the toilet?

Nasihah:  A common saying in Arabic:“The height of faith in Allah is that you go out for Salatul Istisqaa’ (Salaah for rain) and carry an umbrella with you. A wonderful feeling it is to know that your Dua has been accepted”

In other words, a person should know that Allah accepts the Dua of his servant. One of the key ingredients for Duas to be accepted is that a person has full faith in Allah that his Dua will be accepted.

Question and Answer:

Q. I would like to know if my wudhu will break if I have to take my 3 yr old son to the toilet and by me having to wash him after he relieves himself.

(Query published as received)
