Al Arba’in

Since the birth of Islam, Allah Ta’ala has chosen scholars to protect and preserve the sciences of Deen. Amongst these distinguished schorlars, Imam Nawawi  رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ,  a name well-known among scholars, students and many of the general public, holds a very special place. An erudite scholar who, in a lifetime spanning a mere 45 years, left behind a treasure of works, from which scholars continue to benefit until this day. Amongst these works is his monumental Arba’in.

Arba’in in Arabic means “40”. and “Nawawi” refers to Imam Nawawi  رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ. This Hadith Kitaab is a comprehensive collection of authentic Ahadeeth of Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم compiled by Imam Nawawi رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ.
