Q. I would like to enquire about the ruling of women covering their heads in front of their female domestic workers.
I heard a lady say one moulana said we must do so but I have never heard of this. Jazakallah

A.The Aurah/Satr (parts of the body that are required to be covered) of a Muslim female in front of a non-Muslim female is the same as her Aurah in front of a non Mahram male. Therefore, a Muslim woman should cover her hair in front of non-Muslim domestic workers.
