Does an internal break wudhu and ghusl

Q. If one visits a gynae for a check up and has a pap-smear done where a medical tool of some sort is inserted inside the vagina and a sample of the womb is obtained for test purposes or if one visits the gynae and an internal examination is done by the gynae, would these warrant ghusl or wudhu thereafter to continue performing salaahs?

A. This will break the Wudhu. Ghusl will not be necessary.
