GAZA & SYRIA RELIEF
SUPPORT A SYRIAN FAMILY
The extent of suffering prevailing in Gaza and Syria is evident to us all. We all wish to assist our suffering brethren in whichever way we can.
The Jamiat is embarking on a collection drive for Gaza as well as a SUPPORT A SYRIAN FAMILY PROJECT. This project will give each of us the opportunity to support a Syrian family by meeting their basic food expenses for the month. The estimated cost of supporting a family per month is R500.00.
Alhamdulillah, the Jamiat has successfully completed three Syria Relief projects (2013/2014) and has donated three truckloads to Gaza as part of the Africa to Gaza convoy (2011).
