Nasihah (Advice): The Sunnah method of Ghusl
Sayyidah Aa’isha Radhiyallahu Anha reports that when Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam took a Ghusl bath for major impurity, he began by washing his hands, then he would perform Wudhu. Then, he would wash the roots of his hair, thereafter he would pour three handfuls of water over his head and pour water over his entire body. (Sahih Bukhari)

- I made Ghusl after engaging in conjugal relations with my wife and after Ghusl, a few drops of semen came out. Do I have to repeat the Ghusl?

- In principle, if a person performs Ghusl after having conjugal relations or after experiencing a wet dream (Ihtilaam) and thereafter, he/she witnesses a few drops of semen (Mani) exiting the private parts, then if it occurred after engaging in excessive walking; or after urinating; or sleeping, it is not necessary to repeat the Ghusl. In such a case, only the Wudhu will have to be repeated.
However, if a few drops of semen (Mani) exited the private parts before engaging in excessive walking; or before urinating; or sleeping, it will be necessary to repeat the Ghusl. (Hindiyyah 1/14)
