Whoever gives him respite after payment becomes due, he will have (the reward of) an act of charity equal to (the amount of the loan for) each day.” (Ibn Majah)

  1. If A took a loan from B with an agreement to pay back the full amount of the loan, then A is liable to pay B the full amount of the loan.

In the enquired situation, as there were no arrangements of payment of Zakaat related to A and B and the loan, A is still liable to pay B the full amount of the loan.
