Question and Answer:

Q. I have no children, my wife and parents are late. I have four brothers who are alive. One of my brothers has passed away and left behind children. I want to know if his children will inherit from my estate?

(Query published as received)

A. The children of your predeceased brother will not inherit from your estate in the event of you being survived by a brother(s). Your surviving brothers will inherit your estate if there are no other eligible heirs.

And Allah Knows Best
