Time of full Salaah for a Musafir?

Nasihah (Advice): Abu Hurayrah (radhiyallahu anhu) relates that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said, “He who works hard (to fulfil the needs) of widows and the poor is like a warrior in the Path of Allah.” The narrator thought that Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) also said, “and he is like the person who stands in prayer without tiring, and like one fasts and does not break his fast.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

(Question published as received)

A. Enroute to one’s destination, one will read Qasr. When he reaches his destination, he will read full Salaah as he immediately becomes a Muqeem due to his intention of residing in that place for 15 days. He will not wait for 15 days to pass to start reading full Salaah.
