One beautiful day, when the sun shone brightly, the blue sea water glittered and the sandy beach engulfed my thoughts. I knew then, that I had to swim! Afterall, to swim is sunnah. Believed to contain 92% of saturated fats, coconut oil is actually healthier than any other vegetable oil.
