One shareholder intending the meat of Qurbani animal

Q: Will the Qurbaani of all the shareholders be valid if one shareholder does not intend Qurbaani and only intends the meat?

A: Qurbaani of all the shareholders will be invalid if any of the shareholders intend only the meat.
