Times of Fajr and Esha Salaah

Question:

I should be grateful if you could please explain how to calculate

Fajr salaat time from sunrise time and Isha salaat time from sunset time.

( Query Published as Received )

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullahi wa-barakatuh.

The time of Fajr Salaah begins after Subah Saadiq early dawn ( approx 1 hour 15 mins before sunrise )  and ends before sunrise.

The time of Esha Salaah begins after the whiteness on the horizon disappears (about an hour and a half after sunset) and ends before Subah Saadiq (early dawn).

You may make use of our perpetual Salaah timetable which is available on our website.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows Best
