Death by speeding, Suicide or not?

Asalaamualaikum

What i want to know is if im driving my car at 160km/h which is over the regulated speed limit and I die. Is that suicide and what give him the rights to say it suicide?

Answer:

 

 

Although it is incorrect for a person to disobey the speed limit, if he dies as a result of his speeding, it will not be regarded as suicide as long as his intention was not to kill himself.
